Instructions for seizure under execution
According to article 680 C.c,p, a creditor who wishes to force execution of a judgment gives execution instructions to a bailiff. The instructions must contain the information the bailiff needs to execute the judgment.
Once completed, the instructions must be sent out to us at the following email address: email@example.com with the judgment and all relevant documents.
Execution Instructions to a bailiff
(seizure before judgment – art. 520 C.c.p.)
According to article 520 C.c.p, a seizure before judgment is carried out under a notice of execution and according to the seizor’s instructions, supported by an affidavit. The instructions direct the officiating bailiff to seize all the defendant’s movable property or only certain specified movables or immovables. The instructions must contain the information the bailiff needs to execute the judgment.
